Lachance agency did nothing to help , all they did was tell you what you wanted to hear to get you off the phone. My claim should have been approved and I should have had the support from the agency yet I did not. They’ll be happy to take your money but forget about getting any back , this leaves me with no running water. Not heat and no hot water. Due to this denial I now have to file bankruptcy, but State Farm and Eric Lachance could care less."
